Dear passengers,
we regret to inform you that our planned special trips for the PPP town festival on 1 and 2 August 2026 cannot take place because of construction work at Wesel station.
We were only informed about the construction work at short notice. Unfortunately, the work makes it impossible to run the trips that weekend. We very much regret this, as we had been looking forward to the trips to the PPP town festival together with you.
We are currently looking into offering an alternative date. As soon as it is fixed, we will announce it through our usual channels.
Tickets already purchased will of course be cancelled and the fare refunded in full. This happens automatically – you do not need to do anything.
We ask for your understanding and apologise for the short-notice cancellation. Thank you very much for your patience. We hope to welcome you on one of our next trips soon.
Kind regards
Historischer Schienenverkehr Wesel e.V.
